Deposits are essential for creating a sense of trust between us. Paying your deposit shows me that you are serious and allows me to plan and prepare for our time together.

Deposit amounts:

$100/30 mins

$200/1 hour

$300/2 hours

$400/3 hours

A deposit is required from all new, previous and current clients for bookings.

The deposit should be paid immediately if the booking is the following day, otherwise within 48 hours - 5 days, depending on when your booking is. I’ll discuss this with you.

Cancellations

Your deposit is forfeited if you:

• Cancel within 5 days of your booking

• Don’t respond to confirmation texts for a booking on a tour (I will send out a confirmation text/email a week prior to my tour. If you don’t respond, I will send out a second text/email in the next day or two. If you don’t respond to either message, your booking will be removed and your deposit forfeited)

If you cancel your booking with more than 5 days notice, your deposit can be put towards a booking down the track (however, a second deposit may be asked of you, which will also go towards your booking). Your deposit will not be refunded.

In the rare event that I may cancel, I will refund your deposit via cash deposit, or I can hold onto it for a booking down the track. You can discuss these options with me.
